SOW Repository

SOW Repository

Your library of finished, approved documents — how to find one, read it, and take a copy away.

Good to know

The repository only shows documents from approved procurement packages, and everything in it is read-only.

Browsing the repository

Click SOW Repository in the left-hand sidebar. Documents are grouped by fiscal year, with the procurement name above each group. Each card shows the document name, its star rating, who created it, and the date.

Searching and filtering

  1. Search: type into Search documents or procurement to filter as you type.
  2. Filter by rating: click All ratings and pick a star rating.
  3. Filter by program: click All programs and pick a program.

You can combine the search field with both dropdowns at once, and clear any of them to see everything again. If nothing matches, you’ll get a clear empty state.

Filtering by date

Click Date in the filter bar for quick presets — This Month, Last Quarter — alongside a two-month calendar. Choose a preset, browse with the arrows, or click a specific date.

Grouping and sorting

Click the Fiscal Year dropdown to switch grouping to Program, and back again any time. Click the Newest first dropdown to change the order:

  • Newest first (the default) or Oldest first
  • Highest rated
  • Name A to Z, or Name Z to A

Use the icons in the top-right of the filter bar to switch between Grid and List layouts.

Viewing a document

Click any card to open it. You’ll see an Approved badge next to the document name, along with who approved it, when, and its star rating. Because it’s approved, the content is read-only — intro, body, and conclusion are all visible, and the status bar at the bottom shows the word count and a completion indicator for each section.

Exporting a copy

  1. Click the export button.
  2. Click Export as DOCX.
  3. Choose where to save it and confirm the download.

Attachments and grounding documents

Switch to the Attachments tab at the bottom of the right-hand panel. Both Attachments and Grounding Documents are read-only here — nothing can be uploaded or changed. Files appear as thumbnail previews; click one to open a full read-only preview. If nothing’s been added, you’ll see a simple “No attachments” or “No grounding documents” message.

Viewing document info

  • Creator — who created the document.
  • Stats — length in words, created date, and when it was last updated (and by whom).
  • Info — status, program, and the template used.
  • Documents — every document in the procurement, each with its creator, rating, and status.
